Couple Gets Prison Time In Internet Teen Sex Sting

A Nevada couple has been sentenced to over a decade in prison after police said they tried to get a 15-year-old girl to run away to Las Vegas to be the husband's sex partner. Problem was, the girl was actually an undercover detective.

My room-mate and I used to work with her. She was a supervisor for our walmart. When this first happened, we were so surprised by the entire thought and didn't believe it could be true. You don't think that about people that you know, but to consider you don't really know a person that well, sure it could happen. But how dumb could you be, when DATELINE is airing there captures nightly of sicko pedafiles.Plus, he was WARNED about DATELINE! When I went to work the next day, we were told that we couldn't talk about this at all. But of course we did anyways, who couldn't think about what she might have been thinking at work? How many times they had done this before? What there real story was.COme to find out, rumors from the workplace of course, Wes (the husband)would go to Subway, which is connected to our walmart and would "hit" on the girls behind the counter while Jen (the wife) was working. She would give him access to the entire store like he also was a manager. To see this video is like hauntings from a grave.I still can't believe it. but, I am so happy that the FBI was able to get ahold of these two. It goes to show you that something is being done. They should be hung, forget the 10 and 15 years, hopefully it's without bail.

Just shows you how trashy these Americans are. They will do anything for sex. Just watch some of their channels like MTV they are encouraging people to have sex at a younger age. Everything in America revolves around sex. This couple is trash. I feel sorry for their son. See they do a scandal like this and only get 10 years in prison. So they can be out and ruin someone elses life in some other way. Thats the messed up justice system in america.

As the mother of a 15 yr old daughter, I think these 2 are the most pathetic and deplorable excuses for human beings Ive seen in quite some time. 10-15 yrs isn't long enough . I praise the law enforcement in this country for monitoring our kids internet and for going after these predators.

Thank you to the law enforcement officers for busting these people. This is why I have no sympathy for people who feel that they were 'baited' by law enforcement into committing a crime. What these people were trying to do is wrong and it matters little to me how they caught them. If this was my child, I would've wanted the police to stop these monsters before they could get to him/her. It's very disturbing to me that this man send nude pictures of himself to a 15 year old. Note to parents: It is imperative that you monitor what you're child is doing on your computer. These predators know how to hunt for your children via the internet. It is your responsibility be educated about computers and know the dangers of the internet before letting your child use them. I've heard many parents say that they 'just don't know about computers'. If you want to protect your children - the job starts at home. As for Wesley and Jennifer Evans, they should be euthanized.

i think they should nail that guy to a burning building but the wife is a victim and should get help not jail time.

This is so bizarre I can't even believe it!! Goes to show you - even the people next door might be strange cookies! I mean - these two look absolutely 'normal'. There are some really strange, sick , sick people out there. Thing is - if he hadn't been talking to an undercover cop - they might this very minute have hold of some young girl! Considering how many teens are online and how many want to run away...........jeez - makes me wonder how many other youngsters are out there in situations like this. So Sad!

Why are we even having a discussion about this? It is almost too sick to even understand and to try and analyze it is a waste of time. I am shocked that I even live on the same planet as some of these "people". I use that term loosely.
Secondly, have no remorse for his wife. If she was brainwashed by such a creep than she's an idiot. It's just unfortunate they actually bred and I do feel sorry for their kid.
It never ceases to amaze me just how messed up some people can be. Even scarier is a joint plot like this. Bad enough these people exist but to have 2 living under 1 roof?

Hang em. They're a couple of wierdos. There are too many of us Americans, who have decided to abuse the freedoms granted to us as citizens of this great land. The world needs shining examples of what good and decent Americans should be. These two, unfortunately, are sickos. HANG'EM. Next case.
