Two teenagers have been arrested on charges that they gang-raped a mother and forced her to have sex with her 12-year-old son.

hello my name is Masterson Poindexter. Tommy is my little brother every since Tommy went to jail things haven't been the same for me and my family not saying that he's perfect but i seen worse cases then this i really don't think it's fair that every time that something new comes up his name is in the post. We are dealing with one situation and now something about a gang and he is in the paper. If your going to exploit someone make sure you have the right information. That person's reputation is in your hands and how people view them. My brother has had a rough life since he came in this world. People need to know that someone life can unfold before your eyes. In my book my brother is a good person and the truth will come out, it always does. Thank You

The amount of psychological damage caused to both this young mother and her son by these thoughtless, irresponsible, selfish, hatefilled teenagers just breaks my heart... There are no "take backs" when you've caused someone this kind of pain and anguish to "impress or be part of a stupid gang". These kids should be tried as adults and I hope they go away for a long, long time!

I THINK ITS A SAD WORLD WHEN LIL GANGSTERS HAVE TO RAPE KIDS TO GET KICKS IM GLAD SOME OF EM WERE CAUGHT......... NO W WONDER WHAT THEY DO WHEN THE FRESH FISH SHOW IN PRISON... I SAY TURN EM LOOSE INN PRISON & LET TRU JUSTICE BE DONE.. AFTER ALL 2 THINGS THEY DONT LIKE ARE ..CHILD MOLESTERS & RAPIST

So where was the Rev. Al Sharpton when this woman and her son were so savagely assaulted? Where was his moral outrage then? Seems it was awfully quiet in the peanut gallery back then...Hmmmm...Makes one wonder.

As a black man, it shames me that these boys would choose being predators instead of protectors in their communities. The black community is failing in its duty to raise its children to be rigtheous, honorable, outstanding citzens. Too many fatherless homes, too much drug addictions, too much preying on the weak. I work in corrections, I see the young black faces locked up everyday. Im tired of hearing and blaming the "man" and the system for being locked up. Accept responsibility for your actions. True warriors proctected the village and the villagers, true warriors do not prey on the weakest in the village. Please, parents of these boys, stop saying my child wouldn't do this, my child is a good kid, my child is innocent.No, your child did do this, your child is not innocent. Please ask yourself what could have done to steer my child from the streets, stay in school, join and be active in the church. These young men may spend the rest of their lives in jail, I pray they can turn their lives around. The black community needs to look seriously inward, and ask why are our young men are comfortable with preying on others instead of protecting and providing?

Let's look at the facts: Many are to be held accountable for this family's tragedy. The tragedy against this woman and her son should have NEVER happened!! According to reports, the police have made 700 visits to this housing project--this year. Had the police department implemented all of the current safety features on visit 200, this tragedy could have been prevented. What role does the federal/state housing authority play in this drama? Didn't agency heads know the dangers Dunbar residents faced in this housing complex? Why didn't they (agency heads) force the implementation of safety changes by contacting the governor, mayor, or media? Why didn't they evict or arrest the troublemakers? If this housing complex was plaqued with crime, why didn't they issue a curfew for non-employed teens and adults?

I dout very much that the parents or grandparent raised those kids to go out and do what they did,If there is a GOD then there must be a DEVIL and thats who made those kids do that evil act.

Through God and the love of all the world's christians this family will come to enjoy life and know the devil shall not prevail. No way should they have killed the victims because the victims deserve to have life. I know what you meant when you wrote your post but always choose life and know that the offenders will now or later come to the realization that..........

Forget the death penalty...something i have never agreed with..These rotten DEMONS need to be tortured to death for actions like theirs. I cannot even describe the pain and anger I feel over this story.
