There are so many stereotypes in this world it has really become sick! If it isn't whites hating blacks for something someone else of the same race did, then it is blacks hating whites. There is nothing we can do about the stuggles and things that BOTH of are races had to come out of. We weren't there!! At least I wasn't. There are things that our ancestors did that we had no sayso in. To stereotype on race or type of person is WRONG! No one deserves to be judge by another man.

We no longer are living in slavery and the "whiteman" is no longer holding us down. You decide what you let hold you down. The "blacks" are not taking over and killing only whites. They kill themselves off nowadays. So these old beliefs that black people have cooties and white people all belong to the KKK are WRONG! We are not a group in this world we are individuals. People are held accountable for their own actions. Feel Me?

Now that this is over and Ronald Taylor has got sentenced to death and is waiting on death row what do we do now? He is just going to sit and wait for the 295 people to die before him. He is just sitting waiting absorbing my hard earned tax dollars. He's free to watch tv and learn new things and read and eat. There is probably a dog or homeless person out there that I would rather feed. This man killed innocent people that were just out for breakfast one morning. I knew one of his victims a very nice old man. My brother and neice witnessed the other gentleman get shot at the drive thru of mcdonald's. I wish that people wound really get a grip on reality and understand there is no reason for violence. Too many innocent people die all the time because of ignorance and stupity and someones rage. They just don't realize how many people they affect in the aftermath. They have families that are left to sob and wonder why this had to happen to their loved one. Just think about all the people left to hurt after the september 11th incident. Still waiting for their loved ones to be pulled from the remains.HURT-PAIN-LOVE-SORROW-CONFUSION-ANGER-REVENGE- they all play a part together.

FLATOUT

IN RESPONSE TO "Caucasian"...

No one had a problem when the Klu Klux Klan and numerous other MOBS of white people were murdering innocent black people SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WERE BLACK...BEFORE INTEGRATION took place. Even when black people didn't live in the same communities with whites...your people STILL made a point to go and "mess with the colored folks". WHEN A WHITE MOB BURNED DOWN BLACK WALLSTREET IN TULSA OKLAHOMA ...what did you blame that on??? You are speaking as though everything was fine and dandy in your own community when all most of you did in your spare time was think about "lynching".

And you are sitting here blaming this crime on integration? THIS MAN DOES NOT REPRESENT THE BLACK RACE IN AMERICA AS A WHOLE just like the white racists lynching and degrading black people don't represent ALL WHITE PEOPLE IN AMERICA. Do you honestly believe that if we didn't coexist in this country...all your problems with drugs and everything would be erased? White people buy, use AND SELL drugs just as much (if not more) than black people in this country

I remember this incident as an obscene, senseless loss of life, just like in the Richard Baumhammers incident. Both of these animals deserve to die, PERIOD. In a society that has laws, a price must be placed on the taking of a human life, and that price must be nothing less than the execution of the murderer. That price, while not sufficient to bring back those who were murdered, is still necessary to ensure that those who would commit murderous acts realize what can happen to them should they commit said acts.

All I remember is turning on the tv and seeing this rampage of people running for their lives. I don't understand why people have the need to just kill anyone that they feel like. He was found guilty of this crime and should pay for it. Anyone who kills someone should have their life taken away from them. Then they give this excuse that they are mentally ill, yeah right, good excuse. Then what would happen? They would be put into a mental institution where they could kill everyone there too? They should feel what the people felt that werer killed. Maybe he will regret what he has done...when he is on his way out.

My husband who was a Paramedic for Eastern Area called me from the hospital to tell me to watch the tv. I turned it on and could not beleive what was happening. Later the police had a press conference and stated that someone from eastern area was dead, my heart dropped. Later, i found out it was my husband that was the one. Thank God it was a misunderstanding. But to those who were killed and injured my heart goes out to their families.

This event has given locals a wake-up call about the state of "Civil Rights" and the result of 50 years of forced integration. Across the country, incidents like this happen frequently, more than most people are aware. Because of political correctness, events like this receive minimal media coverage, with the exception of the area in which it happened. If you don't believe me, then let me ask you if you even heard about the murders in Wichita, Kansas around the last presidential election. Two blacks drove into a white neighborhood and randomly went to a house with a pistol, robbing them, then driving them to a field where they took turns raping the women while their husbands waited to be shot. After the "African-Americans" were done, they drove back to the white folks home and shot their dog. Yet, all the media told us about was dimpled chads during this time. Outside of the vicinity of Wichita received almost no news coverage.

This is why there was resistance to the "Civil Rights" movement and integration. Apparently, the rights of blacks to live in the same communities and go to the same schools and drink out of the same water fountains as whites is more important than not being robbed, raped, and murdered.

The Ronald Taylor case illustrates this also. His crimes were given little media coverage outside of Pgh. Just post some news links of him to other, nonlocal websites and you'll see that virtually no one outside of the area even heard of him. The news and TV shows are always portraying "hate criminals" as whites who prey on blacks. Surely, this had some effect of Ronald Taylor who felt white people were out to get him. The media teaches blacks to fear and hate and resent white people and it teaches white people guilt and shame, not to mention vulnerability to black crime.

I was personally at the many scenes that Ronald Taylor left behind one year ago today, 01MAR00. I saw all of the carnage that he left behind. I personally spoke to him and he flat out told me that he hates all white people. On that fateful day, he shot five people. Three fatally two critically. All of the victims were white. He encountered several african americans that day, even telling one black female that he was only out to shoot white people. Was this racially motivated? You're kidding right? Was Ronald Taylor mentally incapacitated? Maybe. But I can tell you that when I spoke to him, he was very articulate. I asked him how long he lived in Wilkinsburg and he told me very specifically that he moved there Fathers Day 1999. Another question. Where was Jesse Jackson when this tragedy happened? Why was he not calling his infamous press conferences? Why? I'll tell you why. HE IS A RACIST! Where was Tim Stevens after this incident? Nowhere to be found. Why? Because he is one of, if not the biggest racists in this area. I think it's past due for Tim Stevens to step down from his position and admit that he is a racist. Everyone out there must make up their own minds concerning this tragedy. As for me, there is no doubt that Ronald Taylor, along with Tim Stevens and Jesse Jackson are extreme racists.

My husband was one of the medics that was on scene. He transported one of the patients that was fatally shot. My heart goes out to all the family members of the victims. The news briefing that was held, stated that one was shot from eastern area, later to find out that it was my husband that was missing. Thank God that he was okay. He and others had to get counseling for this. Thanks to everyone that was involved in capturing the gunman. Special thanks to all of those who treated the victims...the EMT'S AND PARAMEDICS.

I take umbrage to the fact that Ronald Taylor's attorney said that this was not a racially motivated shooting. That the 'community' did not acknowledge Ronald Taylor's problems and do something to help him. Granted, Ronald Taylor obviously has problems that need addressing. But if this was not racially motivated, why were only white people shot. Why did Ronald Taylor call one of the victims "white trash"? Had the shooter been white and the victims black, no doubt that this would have been touted as "racially motivated" and you can bet your bottom dollar that the Reverend Jesse Jackson would have people marching in the streets.

Why is it, that if a white person shoots (kills, maimes, etc) a black person (be it intentional or non-intentional) it is racial, but if a black person shoots (kills, maimes, etc) a white person (be it intentional or non-intentional), then it is not racial?
