The Cavaliers may have fallen short in their chase for a championship, but they did give the city of Cleveland something to cheer about over the last several weeks.
Fans all over the city are thanking the team for an exciting playoffs run.

I have loved the cavs since as far back as i can remember. while most kids my age were all about michael jordan and the bulls, i was rooting for the cavaliers. needless to say there hasnt been too much to get excited about, but that all changed this year! It was an extremely exciting and memorable season and im glad i got to "witness" most of it(i think i only missed about 7 games, damn night class!)Thank you to the players and entire cavs oranization for making the city proud and giving us something to get excited about! we will be back and better in 07-08! GO CAVS!!

Thank You Cavs for an excellent season. You guys all did excellent this year. You make Cleveland fans proud. Next year is our year to win the championship. Rise up Cleveland!!! Thanks again keep up the great work!! Love to all!!!!

CAVS---I love you sooooo sooo much, you've made me so proud. SO PROUD THAT I PLAN ON WORKING ANOTHER JOB TO AFFORD SEASON TIX FOR 07-08!!!. Thank you for giving us a wonderful ride.

I just wanted to thank you gents for a very exciting...and long season this year. All of your hard work is appreciated. Hey, way I see it, last year, just shy of the championship, this year you had it. So next year the finals! I am VERY proud of you guys...all of you!!!

I am so proud of my Cleveland Cavaliers! We beat Detroit and I was ecstatic with that..I feel that we are still winners because we played with our heart and soul. I know that we can make it there again and I beleive that the next time the championship will be ours. The city of Cleveland loves you guys no matter what.. GO Cavs!

I have had the great pleasure of living in various cities and now live in San Antonio after being raised In LA. When I saw San Antonio play Cleveland I was so proud of these two cities. San Antonio because they started like Cleveland did, no history but a destiny. Cleveland for their unwavering support that my wife and I wanted you all to win at least one of the games but admittedly we wanted our Spurs to win. Your support to the very end was so powerful and so Amer-I- CAN. I have to thank the players on both sides for their professionalism and respect especially for the children that watch them and the two cities who both have something to be proud of. I wish the best for your city, you may not have won the championship but you all will someday and when you do, you'll have a fan in San Antonio rooting for you...but only when you beat someone other than the Spurs. May God Bless your city and your people.

I watched the entire Finals series, down to tonight's last seconds, and I am so proud of the Cavaliers!! You definitely didn't make it easy for the Spurs. You played with passion, heart and team work right to the last shot. You all should be so very proud! You gave this city a fantastic season and one that we won't ever forget. I think this is only the beginning of more great seasons to come. I know our Cavs will be right back in it next year and bring home the title!!! Cleveland Loves You All!!!!!!!
