With the primary over, the race is set between Gov. Craig Benson and John Lynch for governor.

Lynch is claiming that Benson lacks integrity, a quality that he says he'll restore to the corner office. Benson, on the other hand, asks voters to look at his record, saying he's earned another two years.

What do you think? Who's getting your vote? Will this be a close race? Who's going to come out on top?

Michael27, If you actually witnessed voter fraud and you were working at a polling place, you should report it. Here's the link to the NH site where you can report voter fraud:

Do the right thing and step up. We cannot allow anyone to tamper with our election process no matter which party is guilty of it.

Good ridance to Benson. Many of you have no idea of the damage he's done to the infrastructure of the state. It will take years to repair. Lynch has guts. Lot of what Benson unraveled will fall apart while Lynch is in office. It's going to look like he was the culprit. Better hope there are few snow storms and the grossly overcrowed, poorly maintained prisons hold up. Hope a friend or family member doesn't need some sort of social services. It won't be there.

Not to mention the toll of no new hires and constant mandatory overtime took on my family.

I won't miss Benson.

Keep the faith Michael and all...even after it voted for Kerry and Lynch, this is still the closest thing there is to a Live Free or Die State. Lynch pledged to eliminate the statewide property tax and veto any sales or income tax, yet his victory is perceived as a setback for liberty because his opponent was even better on taxes.

Would that every state had that problem. This is the place for me forever I think...I just hope Lynch keeps his word and doesn't start taxing every other thing in sight that doesn't qualify as sales/income/property. His spending plans are going to be a problem.

I learned way back when I was in 4th grade you do not win by cheqating stealing or telling lies or putting down your opponent...if you do then you really did NOT win...I say this NOT because Benson Lost and Im UPSET about it I am just telling you what I experienced and what I believe. I have been following the election very closely the last year and after the Horrible display of unethical and totally rude behavior of the Liberal Democrats the whole time I am shocked that Lynch won and Kerry won NH!!!! If i had dime for every lie the liberal news media said about Bush and Kerry Id be richer than the 2 of them put together...I guess it just shows me how people very easily accept lies to be true so they can vote for immoral unethical people to be in charge so they can continue NOT having to take responsibility for there own actions and blame the immoral unethical ones in charge that they voted for so they can live unethical immoral lives and only realize how wrong that is after its too late?so thats why they wanted Bush out and Kerry in and Benson out and Lynch in so there libeal unethical flip floppers could be there reason for such a immoral life...I worked at the polls sections 10 11 & 12 in Manchester NH from 6am to 7pm yesterday and I saw many things that seemed like there was cheating and lies going on to see to it that the Liberal Democrats won...they did things like Kerry's people gave voters ballots before they were checked in....Lynch and Kerry people brought street people and drunks and drug addicts to vote? telling them who to vote for and rewarding them for there vote...plus I was at #10 from 6am to 10am holding Bush & Benson signs and when I came back after taking 2 hour break because I was up very late the night before putting signs together...when I got back to #10 all the tall wood signs that I made and the hundreds of others that had Bush and Benson signs stapled to them were all torn off and the Bush and Benson signs were NO where to be found...and this happened all over Manchester ?so I know it happened all over NH?Plus I know for a fact that at all the Debates and Rallies the Kerry & Lynch people came by bus from very far away to give the impression to the news media that they had a lot of support when they really had very little in comparison?talk about trying to prove to be something they are not...Also I had to mention to you how the last few weeks/months on Front Street and Exit 6 off 293 in Manchester ..All the Benson signs have either disappeared or have been replaced by Lynch & Buckley signs. The night before the election?.hundreds of signs were put up all over highway and exit ramps and where I had already mentioned that said Benson Scandal...and Lynch No taxes? Both LIES?and there were fake signs put up about Bush from the Democrats that WMUR had reported on...If they are willing to stoop that low to win what else have they done to make sure that they win...I also saw many Benson and Bush signs covered by Lynch and Kerry signs? My personal opinion is Lynch & Kerry stole the election in NH because of all the immoral unethical things their supporters did ?Im Not saying this because Benson lost and Bush lost NH ...I have said this all along especially the last few months...I was astounded that Kerry & Lynch people were willing to do anything to win...To cheat steal and lie to win makes the Victory bitter not sweet and its very dirty politics. The votes need to be investigated...I am sure the win was NOT legal and definitely was unethical and dishonorable...But after all the things I saw and heard first hand should I be surprised that an immoral unethical man like Lynch & Kerry let his supporters do anything no matter how wrong it was to make sure that they won ?The truth ALWAYS comes out in the end ?Lynch & Kerry are in for a very rude awakening?..

Kellior - Lets hope that Lynch will do a better job at controlling the wasted money and resources that we have in this great state. The one thing many of us agreed with was the cuts that benson proposed in the state. Many more needed and hopefully to come. Lets just hope he can do well in this new position and keep us tax free while stabilizing the NH economy, if that means making some necisary job cuts in the areas of wasted resources then I am all for it.

Thank goodness....The state employees brought their brains to the polls and handed Benson his hat.

I work for DHHS. Not one of my co-workers is getting wealthy by serving the poor, elderly and children of New Hampshire, I can assure you!

FROM GEORGE VREELAND HILL: New Hampshire is lucky to have two people who really care about the state. Benson has done a good job, and Lynch is a caring man. They both put the public above their own interests, and we all benefit from that. WHAT A NIGHT!!!!!!!
