(The Camm-Boney string has gotten pretty lengthy, so we've started a new discussion forum for you now that Boney has been convicted.) What are your thoughts about the David Camm-Charles Boney saga now that Boney has been convicted? Do you think Camm will be acquitted? Or will he, too, be convicted? Vent here, but please keep it clean.

If anyone actually sat and thought about everything that has gone on for the last eight years, maybe you would have a different perspective on things. (Maybe even know a little bit about what you are talking about) David Camm is an innocent man, and has been wrongly convicted. That should have been clear when Boney was convicted of the same crimes, there is no conspiracy charge on either one of them. Doesn't that tell you something? And whoever it was that stated that the state shouldn't have to pay for these apeals, use your brain, our family is paying for all of this! Not to mention that the state should have to pay, for what they have put Dave through. There never was any evidence to prove that Dave had molested Jill, and he was not on trial to decide whether or not he was an outstanding husband. He was an adulterer, but that does not make him a murderer!!! Not to mention the fact that you people need to understand that we are not only having to deal with the still ongoing case with Dave, but we lost Kim, Brad, and Jill also! Justice has not been done, Boney being convicted was a start, but the real justice will not be done until Dave is aquitted!!!

OH, there's PLENTY of evidence which is why Camm was convicted. Shame on you Steven, and shame on Camm for murdering his wife and kids. Of course he did it! There's no one else! Camm and Boney - end of story. If Camm does get a third trial, he'll be found guilty again. Justice for Kim, Brad and Jill, which is happening - their Murderer is incarcerated.

I just saw the 48 hours show and if it is pretty fair in its reporting then I cannot understand how a jury could convict David Camm with no evidence...it is absurd. I am so glad I do not live in Indiana where a jury considers the defendant guilty until he proves otherwise. Shame on you!! David Camm I wish you JUSTICE and a successful appeal, then I hope you sue the State for all of the pain and suffering and mental anguish

Hi zig! Yep, you are right! Two down, zero to go! Boney and Camm (twice for Camm) both had their day in court and were found guilty. Camm found guilty TWICE! Hello? Does that tell you sorry lot of Camm-lovers out there anything????!
Justice has been done for Kim, Brad and Jill - murdered by their own husband and father.

I think Indiana justice is full of crap.. why do we have to pay for all of these appeals.. and court costs? Last time I checked the State would not pay for Investagaters in my trial and I was innocent to.

Hi patden. The key word you used about Liell is "act." Right, she's "acting" "indignant" - there's nothing real about it. In truth, as she ain't stupid, she knows very well what Camm did. Yeah, that "indignant" look of hers sure is a hoot, isn't it? Like she expects anyone with their neurons firing to believe it!!! Not a very good actress, is she, patden, as she's drawing hoots and jeers from the intelligent members of her audience! Hoo ha Liell! Yeah, we believe all that stony-faced moral indignation of yours!!

Casey152 You hit the nail right on the head. Ms. Kitty is the sorriest lawyer. She actually acts indignant that no one believed all of the lies Dave Camm told. Any defense attorney worth their salt knows eyewitness testimony is the LEAST reliable. The jury said Uncle Sam saw Dave in the beginning, couldn't recall times he saw him after that so he assumed he was there all the time. The jury did not make the same assumption. I was impressed with the first jury but the second was tops. They took their job very seriously and looked at all the evidence. They got it right , just like the first. He sure got emotional when they were ready for sentencing. Wonder why he didn't take the stnd and try that on the jury? Afraid of a little cross exam? His family needs to spend their money on counseling to accept his guilt and get on with their lives. Maybe Kims family will have it a little easier knowing that monster is behind bars. Justice is served.

Casey152 Right again. Dave Camm will rot. Right where he is and belongs. I cannot believe the Camm Famm will not open their eyes and see him for the monster he is. Of course he had at least 9 women we know of completely convinced he was single. If he loved Kim so much why was that happening? Because thats the sorry excuse for a man he is. The jig is up Dave no one in their right frame of mind believes any different. You killed your family to cover up the molestation of Jill. But Kim knew didn't she? She had already told her Mother, and a teacher knew that something had happened. Kitty had that suppressed. If anyone watches Nancy Grace she told it like it was, the lying murderer got what he deserved. She said the defense attorneys had blinders on! Kim, Jill, and Brad are finally in peace. Justice is served. Dave will get the hot seat alright for eternity.
