What are your thoughts on the Darcie Divita-John Ziegler trial?

I've learned more from Darcie Divita through this trial then I have ever wanted to know. I'm not defending JZ in any way, but I don't see where she is/would be intitled to any monetary compensation. I'm also disgusted at how the Louisville media played up to the trial, signs on the CJ boxes around town, updates on the radio, etc.
Maybe Divita should go somewhere and take a vacation with one of the many men she's dating.

The whole thing was STUPID! Water seeks its own level, and it seems they found thiers. They both came out LOSERS, immature, and in need of therapy! Maybe she could date Dream?

As tore up as Ziegler looks, he has a lot of nerve downing someone for their looks! haha! Who ever told him he looked good to begin with? Puh-leeze. Seems the man gets really hateful when he doesn't get his way. That's scary. IMO.

JZ is a little over the top, but I don't think discussing her grooming habits defame her character. Ninety nine percent of women these days shave their bikini area. To say she has no grooming habits might be a little closer to defamation.

I agree JZ is over the top, but Divita was looking for publicity and she got it. She admitted on the stand that what JZ said was true, and I don't think the comments were damaging or defamatory. He talked about her grooming habits, and 99% of women today shave their bikini area. What would be worse is to say she had no grooming habits, or didn't shave, that would be damaging to her career.

Did you read his website at www.johnziegler.com? This man has some serious personal problems to post all that stuff about Darcie Divita and Terry Meiners.

Ms. Davita got publicity from this trial and that is what she was after, she had been quoted as saying any publicity is good publicity. Some people did not even know what JZ said because they like myself do not listen to WHAS, but now everyone knows what was said, she just wanted more attention, I am glad JZ did not have to pay her.

like they say, what goes around, comes around, and JZ will probably find a bullet some day. i hope the best for Darcie, she did not deserve this, same sh-- happens in Portland, but we are banned together and are going to bring a local dj to justice. phone records, mail, taped phone calls are gathered already. we can't wait, yours truly, the women.

As TDP17 stated--it was a CALLER who brought Darcie Davita up on that fateful Friday of "Ask John Anything". And that CALLER, who had dated Ms. Davita and who also worked for a big sponsor (Neil Huffman Car Lot) of WHAS, bragged to the news that he had set JZ up. Does anyone remember HIS name?
