CONGRATULATIONS FLOYD!!! Don't let the French get you down. They're just ticked cause it's their race and they don't win. Maybe because when the starting gun fires, they throw up their arms and think it's their cue to surrender.

Congratulations Floyd Landis.

I'm really glad that someone who hails from Lancaster County has earned world-wide recognition for his accomplishments. This is indeed newsworthy ----- BUT ----- does this great accomplishment really deserve the prominent placement on the front page of the LANCASTER NEW ERA (7-24-06) above the Israel/Lebanon war, above the Iraq war, above the Tsunami suffering in Malaysia, or even above the piower outages around the USA. Why do we celebrate one man's accomplishments, as wonderful as they are, and virtually ignore the suffering of many? I do not want to be perceived as the spreader of doom and gloom, but I do have to wonder if our priorities are out of order.
