I was the pastor Of Saint Columba Church in New York City for the past 16 years. For the last few years Father Quinn has helped me by celebrating the 7:30am every Sunday at Saint Columba Church. After helping me he would return to Lancaster to help in his parish and then return to New York City and Saint Columba to celebrate the Daily Mass on Tuesdays. This was all in between writng his book and looking after the spiritual well being of Leo House here on West 23rd Street in Manhattan. Father Quinn was a good friend and a wonderful gift to our parish. I thank God for the opportunity of knowing Father Quinn and I ask that the Lord comfort the people of Lancaster, The Leo House in Manhattan, and Saint Columba Parish New York City. Eternal Rest Grant unto Him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon Him. Father Frank Scanlon

As Father Bernard Quinn ends this journey where he touched so many hearts and souls as God's servant, he will be sadly missed by his parish, friends, and family...may he finally enjoy peace and eternal happiness with our God. He was a gift to all of us that met him. Prayers and best regards go out to the wonderful Cardinal Keeler and Father Smith. May their injuries and sadness be replaced with good health and joy in the Lord. Peace.
Kindest regards, Debbie Bevilacqua and family, Gettysburg, PA

We were so sad to learn of Father Quinn's death. He was such a wonderful man and a great priest to those of us at St Vincent de Paul in Hanover. Father Quinn baptized all four of our children and we will miss him greatly. I know that he is visiting with my sister in heaven as I write this. May God bless all the people whose lives were influenced by Father Quinn. Sincerely, James and Tamra

Father Quinn was instrumental in bringing me a wayward Catholic back into the fold. He also married my husband & me and baptized him and our 3 children. I will be forever grateful for his kindnesses shown to us while we were parishioners of Holy Infant, York Haven. God Bless you Father Quinn. I pray our family will see you again someday.

As a member of the church, Father Quinn will be missed terribly. He is the sweetest man you'll ever meet and I will never forget his long homily that had 4 parts to it. He would come into my work and he wouldn't leave until I had a big smile on my face...
He's a sweet man and I will miss him as will the rest of the congregation...
I hope everyone keeps him and his family, as well as the church in your prayers... It seems everyone needs them these days...
Respectfully Yours, Megan
