The cast and crew of the popular ABC show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" will return to Kansas City in November 2007.

In March 2007, the crew built a new home for Michelle and Jesus Jacobo, who are caring for nine children.

In 2005, the show built a new home for local firefighter Stephen Johnson and his five children.

What do you think about the show? Have you ever volunteered or visited the construction sites?

I HAVE ALWAYS WATCHED EMOHE WISHING THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD DO, BUT I AM HANDICAPPED. THEN----IN MARCH 0F 2006 I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL HAVING TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT AND MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY HOUSE WAS BURNING DOWN--TOTAL LOSE, BUT I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE INSURANCE AND FAMILY THAT COULD HELP, BUT WHILE REBUILDING I HAD TO LIVE WITH MY SON AND HIS FAMILY WHICH THERE WASN'T ALOT OF ROOM. THEN WHILE RECUPING, MY SISTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LUNG AND BRAIN CANCER AND PASSED. I KNOW WHAT HARD TIMES CAN DO TO A ATTITUDE BUT WITH SHOWS AND PEOPLE LIKE THE ONES FROM EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION, YOU BRING FAITH AND BELIEF BACK INTO PEOPLE'S LIVES. BLESS YOU ALL AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND REMEMBER THERE ARE ALOT OF US BEHIND YOU EVEN IF WE CAN'T HELP, WE BLESS THE FACT THAT YOU ARE HERE THANK YOU

a faithful fan

I would love to do something with this by volunteering. Could you please let me know how I could help? My two kids would love it also. Thanks!

I love the show. I went every day for the Johnson house; five times to Jacobo's house. I would love to help build the next home. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Can anyone tell me where I need to go to sign up to volunteer? I'm so excited to get another chance to be involved! I was involved in the 2005 house - I lived about a mile from there, and now I want to get involved on a bigger level. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Is there any new discussion on the Fall 2007 EMHE in KC? I went to the 10/25 meeting. This is so cool. Waiting is the hardest part. Go EMHE, Let's Build This!

I just wanted to say that when this show first started I thought I wanted to apply and now after all the shows, I wouldn't even think of applying. There are so many more people out there more worthy of the extreme makeover than me.Ilove what they do for all these exceptional people. Everyone should watch this show and it will remind them of what they really have and how lucky they really are. I watch this show every Sunday with my 2 children and usually we are all crying by the end of the show, I know I am always. Thank you Extreme Makeover for doing this show and how you touch so many hearts, not only the ones you builds the houses for but the ones that watch.

I truly believe that this show does a good job at choosing the familes--that would be a hard thing to do as to pick which ones are more deserving than others. I was wondering if they have to sign a contract saying how long they have to live there before they ever consider selling the house.

I watched the show last night and have read some articles along the way. I would like to know if the old mortgage was indeed paid off? The articles have indicated that money was still need to do that but Kevin Green stated on the show that the old mortgage was paid off. Which is it? Pat

God Is the right Word for this deal he never forgets about those in his will and belive me they are in and have been in it. I have know michell for for almost 30 years they are good people Just wait until you watch the show tonight.bottom line if everyone did just what they could to help someone else we could change the world but God can only use the willing and about Jobs he is still working 60 + hours a week because his employer needs his help thats just the kind of people they are
