Hi everybody. Sorry I haven't updated this in quite a while. I'll be back either tonight or sometime tomorrow and jot a few things down.

Just think man, at this year's picnic, we'll be running around playing football like the boys! I'm so proud of you taking this huge leap because I want you around for when Chloe graduates!

And, as you know, you have the love and support from us and all of G2K!

I am FINALLY getting used to the exercising. When I first started out, it felt like I was hit by a train while a grizzly bear attempted to rip my arms out of socket. I kept thinking what did I get myself into? All is well now. Mike still works me hard, but it only takes a half day to recover.

The eating isn't as hard as I thought it would be. I used to snack pretty much 24/7. The workouts have done wonders for suppressing my appetite though. I'm not saying I don't crave sweets every now and then, but I don't have that desire to eat constantly like I had before.

My last weight was 498 in the beginning of March. That makes a total of 27 pounds lost since my first weight in january. If I could, I'd get weighed weekly, but it's hard for me to get to a scale that works for a guy my size. I can't bug them too often, so I'm gonna shoot for a monthly weigh in as of now.

Things are going according to plan for me so far. Of course, it's easy to lose weight at first. The real test will be when I'm still working my tail off and still being stuck in a plateau. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
