You still need to take care of YOU through this rough time in your life. Exercise and good eating will help with the stress. Been there. Smile Your girls need you healthy. Get back to the gym, even if it's for a shorter time period. Get outside and walk. Use that time to refocus. It will help in the job issues, too. Best of luck!

Well... The last few days have not been so good. I just found out that my unemployment benefits ran out and both my girls are sick. So I have not been to the gym in over a week now, and the job hunting continues with no solid leads. GRRRRR... This does not help my stress level at all. My focus has moved from getting healthier to getting a job. I want to wake up and this bad nightmare to be over.

OMGOSH

I have not been to the gym for a week. My girls have been sick for about two weeks and after a trip to the ped today I got more happy news. Both of them have bronchitis. GREAT. All of this along with Easter dinners. Cant wait to get on the scale. LOL

This is no April fools joke. Tomorrow my wife and I are going to bike ride around the Quemahoning dam, that is a total of 15 miles. I'm not 100% what time we will be riding and I know it's short notice but feel free to join us.I will post in the am what time we will hit the road.

Hi Brad!

I just wanted to check in and see how you are doing? Is your back better? I just posted my first results and talked a little bit about what my next month's plan is. I thank the Lord for giving the four of us another successful week!

Best Wishes, Kara
