If you watch "Lost" on ABC, you're sure to have an opinion on the mystery behind the plot and the characters.

Share your opinions and observations about the show. Also discuss the locations used as the background for the show on Oahu.

Bad show, Bad acting, Poor plots. Have people lost the idea of what true quality TV is ? Anybody remember "Upstairs, Downstairs" on PBS. Compared to that show , "Lost" is for the dogs.

Why? was the "Lost Acttress" given 4 days in Jail and then let out in 64 hours. "Good Time". Why? Was she given 5 days Jail Time instead of the 14 days allowed by State Law. She came to the Island, Drove Drunk and then when stopped she acted badly. When being processed she acted badly. She should have been given the Max Sentence Possible and the Max Fine Possible. Aloha works both ways. I hope she gets all 18 months when she goes to Court in California. Good bye Ms "Lost" what ever your name is.

Two Actresses from the TV Program "Lost" Ms. Michelle Rodriques and Ms. Cynthia Waltros have been arrested on our Island for Drunk Driving. After they were arrested their Mug Shots appeared in the H/A. At least one person wrote the H/A that the H/A should not have published their Mug Shots, because they were TV Stars and that they were nice enough to come here and film even with the increased expense of doing so in Hawai'i. Well excuse me Drunk Driving is against the law big time. If you are going to come here and act badly and not obey the laws and not obey the major ones like do not drive drunk. Then they have no love, respect and Aloha for Hawai'i or her people. If that is the case then they need to pay their fines, do their jail time, and or community service then GET OFF OUR ROCK. We do not need nor do we want people like that. Rodriquez says "don't take my freedom. no one died" Well what if a Keiki or an Adult had died. Or several people in an accident (on purpose if your drunk). Plus Rodriquez has prior history. Come here and live work make and spend your money but respect our laws. They should receive the harshest penalty that the law allows. If jail time is possible they should get to do it. Huge Fines and No License. They are Stars and set an example and therefore have an increased accountability to act in a proper manner. If not don't come here. You are not special nor are you above the law. I do not watch Lost because so much in it does not work. However I know it provides jobs and think it is fine that it is filmed here. However the cast needs to obey our laws and respect our police...

I'm glad "Lost" is doing well. I'm supportive of the local crews who zip their lips dealing with Spielberg wanna-bes (in all their pompous LA arrogance[other shows I've worked on])and are up and on the set at 4am for 15 hour days.

For one thing, "Lost" has an imaginative plot and is not like other B.S. series I've seen degrading the image of Hawaii's diverse ethnic populace (they're always the Hotel help--Duhhhhh).

Awesomeron (you probably will shrug this off, which is okay), but if you compose your letter to the discussion off line then copy it to the discussion, you'll be able to take as long as you like. Then, you could spell check (as I said wrong spelling doesn't bug me)... but more importantly, you'll be able to create paragraphs (which separate idea topics) and it will make for easier reading and appear less like a "Train of thought ramble."

It will then be more fun for you and they'll be less complaints.

Please don't be defensive about the suggestion. I have a belief in posting that "I'll never really know a person by these posts and we may be friendly hanging around talking story and laughing in a neighbor's garage."

"ahntrack" Thank you so much for being the grammer and word police. Like I've said before until this site get icons, grammer and spell check my writing will just have to do. I have to get it down before the page times out on me or I have a 50/50 chance of losing the post and we would not want that to happen now would we. However just as an after thought do you have anything at all to say about "ABC'c Lost".

Bad spelling and bad grammar doesn't bug me. A rigidity of ideas and juvenile insults make for dull reading.

"Lost" doesn't bug me, but "Northshore" looked like the "Apartheid Arms." Millions brought in doesn't cut it. The Mustang Ranch did the same for Nevada.

"What" were we advertising?
