In all of the drama of this case, it has been reported that Mr. Inman admitted to the crimes. They have DNA evidence (how he was found)and he was also in parol violation, among other things. He IS a repeat offender of horrible crimes. He has proven himself to have no plans on positively affecting the society around him. I personally would like to meet the parol board that could look him in the eye and release him. He also has caused many people, including his own family a lot of pain and sorrow. Now he gains access to 3 lawyers ,paid by our taxes and from what the Easley Progress reports... he is pleading "NOT GUILTY"?!
As to not let my personal feelings get a hold of me and say things I may regret bad media getting a hold of...What has our justice system come to?
Why would he admit to the crime and then try to plead not guilty?
Without contacting Mr. Inman (Buck) or his family directly, I would like to ask him to please turn to God and face the punishment for his crimes. Come clean, ask for forgiveness and do not try to hide out in prison for the rest of his life. In the end, everyone dies and everyone will have to face our creator. For once in your life, do the right thing.
I would also ask the courts to make an example out of this case. Put a stop to this nonsense! Our children are not even getting a chance to grow up and become longtime criminals. The terrible trajedy at Virginia Tech is just one example. We must put a stop to the violent movies/shows,video games, drugs and music. I grew up with alot of issues living in Atlanta. I have seen what happens when the children get left to their own devices and the city grows quickly. If the parents and retailers are not going to be responsible, then we have to crack down as a society and say ENOUGH! Those of you in positions of power with common sense and morals, use them!

Does anyone know how this creep got into Tiffany's apartment? I did not know the girl, but by hearing what her friends and family has to say about her, It is a crying shame that she was taken from them. I guess the only way you can look at it is God needed a very special angel in heaven. To all her friends and family, Tiffany was a beautiful girl. Now Tiffany is a beautiful angel. I am so sorry for all who knew her and lost her. It wont be forever. You will see her again.
We all need to pray for the family.

Why was this man out of jail??? He should have never have been on the streets to begin with. With his past record, he proved himself nothing but a threat to innocent females. Something is desparately wrong with our system.

As a Pickens county resident and a young female, what is really scary to me is that this creep has managed to escape from prison prior to now TWICE. It makes me uneasy to know that he is sly enough to do that and that he could escape here as well. I trust our law enforcement will do their job to keep his %@# right where it needs to be...behind bars. His picture literally made my skin crawl.
Kudos to our law enforcement for such a speedy track down of this man. I think they have all done a fine job.

It makes me nauseous to think what all this pervert did to Tiffany before she died. My heart cries for her and her family. My prayers are with them.
There is a bill waiting for Govenor Sanford to sign Senate Bill 1138 which would allow prosecutors to seek the death penalty for sex offenders who are convicted twice of raping a child. South Carolina would join Louisiana as the only states that allow the death penalty for crimes other than murder.
I hope this bill becomes law. Rape a kid, lose your life. Pretty simple and probably pretty effective.
This discusting human being should have been killed already due to his track record, and Tiffany would not have had to die the way she did.

It's good to know they caught this guy the only probelm i have with the whole thing is, that this guy has escaped from prison, raped people and so on, he should never been out of prison especially for raping someone, if the law was better with rape this may never have happen, its like when you rape someone or have sex with a small child you should'nt get out of prison, if this were the case, this young beautiful girls would still be in this world and not dead.

Now since they have found the person that killed tiffany and broadcasted it throughout clemson student's emails it just makes me wonder what Inman is going to do now? His image is plastered on the the internet and probably going to be on the new...right now so how long can he hide out. I am kind of scared to go to class knowing that he knows that people are looking for him. I hope... i pray that he doesn't do anything else..

now that the Inman man has been identified, mayby the kudika man can take his neck out of the noose. As tigergrad said you are innocent until proven guilty. In Tiffanys case I feel like some people had already found kudika guilty. I dont think kudika should have even mentioned in Tiffanys case. Maybe if the law was changed and all these so called "reformed" sex offenders stayed locked up, Tiffany would still be alive. I get so sick of watching the news and seeing that another victim was assaulted by a convicted sex offinder. THEY NEED TO STAY LOCKED UP!!!
We all need to pray for the family.

In reference to the Kudika information, I'd just like to remind everyone of the Clery Act of 1965:
http://www.securityoncampus.org/schools/cleryact/cleryact.html
This is why Kudika's name was released, regardless of his status as guilty or innocent.
Also, I'd like to call attention to the fact that I never accused anyone, I simply thought it strange that he had gone under the radar for so long.
Like everyone else, I simply want an end to come to this horrible mess, for Tiffany's family's sake, for the Clemson family's sake, and above all, so that we can all be reassured of our own safety on and around campus.
