"Test of pet food killed 7, FDA says", dated March 19th.
These articles are the most capricious and underhanded articles I have seen in a long time. Examine the dates of the articles. Examine the studies by the FDA. Examine the reasons by the manufacturer. Put it together.
All apologies to the ones who have lost theirs dearly. My heart truly emphasizes with those who have a first hand loss of their pets highlighted within.
May I please reiterate my response from an alternate column? (Should we eat cloned food?)
Did the FDA fail you? Do you honestly have trust in them? If they cannot keep cyanide (rat poison) out of our pets' food, how can you trust them to have a solid standpoint in reason for cloning animals for human consumption?
It is not about science. It is about human error. Or, possibly, human deception.
Think twice about what you buy, or more importantly, about what you trust.
