Bengals star running back Corey Dillon claims he wants out of Cincinnati, but he's still under contract and the NFL trading deadline has passed. Do you think the team should trade Dillon after the season, or should the Bengals tolerate his annual outburst and keep him to his contract?

I feel that Cory Dillion should remain with the Bengals and be benched. That is his job and because he makes a handful of money doesn't change the fact that it is not what he wants to do or what he wants someone else to do for him... he is there to do his job. And in any job insuborination would cause warnings and then if continued to be fired. I think his new job would be warming the bench for other players who know how to keep a cool head.

To all the Bengals fans, you have a very cocky WR named Johnson who seems to think that the Bengals will beat the Chiefs. It will NOT happen. All I can say is just look at the two team's records and figure it out who will win. Let me give you all a hint: Chiefs 10-0 GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do we know Corey said what the media says he said? Media wise, Cincinnati has the worst sports media coverage in America. I took Corey's supposed outburst as venting some frustration. He has an injury and can't be 100%. Ken Griffey has experienced it here, ever since he showed up. From time to time an athlete will decide to not talk to the media. I used to wonder about it. Now I'm surprised that more don't ignore the press. I've spoken with Corey Dillon at training camp. Very nice young man. Of course afterward, I never twisted his words around to sell papers or get air time. Besides, I'm completly confident that Coach Lewis will take care of the situation. I've had Season Tickets snce 1968 and look upon Coach Lewis as the 3rd coach we ever had. Paul Brown and Forrest Gregg were the other two.

Get rid of him. I must admit, he's a great back and has accumulated an incredible amount of yards behind an offensive line that has a lot to be desired. I could only imagine the amount of yards heâ¬"d have if he had an offensive line like Emmitt Smith had with Dallas. But, Dillon complains about the media in this town- be a man, ignore it! Iâ¬"ve seen where he isnâ¬"t the nicest when it comes to the fans either. Weâ¬"ve (Bengalâ¬"s fans) have stood behind all of his complaining through the years, but enough is enough. Grow up Corey! Hopefully youâ¬"ll mature enough one day to realize how much of a fool youâ¬"ve made of yourself. Granted youâ¬"re hurt and probably tired of playing for a losing team. Well, weâ¬"ve been paying to watch those losses for the past 10+ years. Hit the road like your buddies Wilkenson, Scott and Pickens did. You see how theyâ¬"ve ended up.

I can empathize with any player wishing to play for a winning team, no matter the sport, and the performance record of recent years which seemed to satisfy the Bengal's Owner/Management was not able to produce a competitive team let alone a contending team, Corey Dillon's desires have to be respected. The timing leave much room to wonder.... is CD trying to kick in a deeper, stronger desire in his teammates to win and try to placate or keep him in Cincy? There is a wholly different attitude evident in the organization from top mangement to bottom special teams players, so that reasoning is also suspect. Whatever the reasoning behind CD's "outburst", it becomes frustrating that another powerful Bengal is demanding to be traded away to another, hopefully for him, contending team, especially in this new "regime" at a time when it is showing so much progress and the potential of this team has not yet been tapped. We have often had a core of quality players without the necessary support in attitude and cast-players around them. Not only have we abused first-round drafter quarterbacks, but we have lost more than a few top drafts in key positions throughout the field, many of them citing attitude and lack of management support when leaving. One wonders at what level this team might be contending now if.....

Well lets start out by saying that 99% of the people in this city that talk about football do not know a thing about teh passion involved as a player. I have read every comment about this "outburst" of CD. Have any of you ever been in a locker room before, have any of you ever had to carry a team for six seasons, have any of ever been frustrated at your job or just with the silly people here in Cincy. Yes I feel that things could have been handled in a little different manner, but we are not the coaches, we are not Mike Brown, we have no say and that is how it should be. I am soooooooooooooooo tired of the fans around here. Go to the game, support the team and have some freakin fun istead of "venting" about every little mishap. I pay the same taxes you all do and it is the same in every other NFL city, you win some you lose some, be patient. Sorry if I have rubbed anyone the wrong way but someone needs to do it. WHO DEYYYYYYYYYY!!!! Go to the game and support the team. Leave your media driven and pop culture at home, the Bengals don't want it and neither do the "true" WHO DEY fans. Just to make everyone mad. COREY FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with mostly everyone on this. Let him go flip burgers! I have a 3yr old son that acts more mature & doesn't have as many tantrums as Corey.

I used to really believe there was no 'I' in team. Looks like I was wrong to believe that. I guess you could spell the TEAM as TE'dillon'AM.
Send him packing . . . . maybe Spikes has room for him in Buffoonalo . . .
