Saw a lot of people protesting about some abused animal being given back to it's owner today.They were all real mad. I know a lot of people helped looked for Marcus but I do not recall this level of anger. I guess what happened to Marcus is because no one got angry enough to protest the system. It seems people will more than willingly gather up their arms in protest of the abuse of a dumb animal and just let the abuse of a precious little boy slide. Very stupid people in our society for sure.

I agree ,why did granny and family ask where the little boy was!I am so glad they arrested AMY BAKER TOO.She had just as much to do with it as LIZ or DAVID,I was apalled when they showed the video of AMY an DAVID trying to cash bogus checks and money orders ha ,this girl is a criminal.What gets me is she has small kids too.HATS off to Mason county Kentucky now Brown county Ohio needs to step up also that BABY was burned there.AGAIN HATS OFF TO KENTUCKY.lou56

All that had a hand in the death of the little boy will get what's coming to them in the end whether sentenced by man or by GOD.

Hello, I have questions, if anyone has insight, please respond.

1.How did this abuse go on and family members HAD NO CLUE? AT ALL?? 2.How did he die and just vanish and no family member questioned Liz and David of his wherabouts(except for the caseworker). 3.How did this happened and no one but 3 people knew about it?

Liz, Amy, and David are not the smartest people, obviously!! Could they really have went to a FAMILY FUNCTION without Marcus and no one question them. I bet they got a questioned from everyone, I know I do if one of my children is not with me, especially for days....Marcus was gone for days, how could he not be missed????? I missed him they I knew he was missing and I do not know him from the man in the moon...GOD BLESS MARCUS

I am aware that liz and David's children that lived in the house knew of the abuse, they were helpless. I WANT TO KNOW ABOUTS GRANNY'S, AUNTS, UNCLES, ANY FAMILY MEMBER????

I am glad the courts said no to another court trial for Liz,she should have taken care of Marcus or let someone else do it.He was a beautiful little boy put here by our maker for a reason,it was not right what happened to him.I hope all three of them make things right with the LORD.Marcus will always be in our minds and never forgotten let us hope that now the people who place kids in homes do their work it was very lapse in this case.I have little grandchildren and I would hate to think that some thing like this could happen to them. Even work places do back ground checks on their applicants come on.I just hope that Brown county Ohio and Maysville Ky make an arrest,AMY! I agree that what we do in this life we pay for it here too.I hope Amy Baker pays here on this earth ,I dont understand how anyone could help do such a thing,an when she was on the witness stand there was no remorse.I hope they all three make amends with GOD Lou56

I hear Liz" attorney filed for another trial because they were not happy with a jury member,I have been watching this since day one.They talked to one of the jury members and they said if that member had her mind,made up they did not know it,I beleive this is true.Come on maybe you need to move it to California where no one knows about it,but wait the jury did their job and did it well,the results would be the same no matter whereit's held.Give the jury a break they did their job

Why has Brown county Ohio not done any thing about Amy helping to burn Marcus in their county.This whole thing is very disturbing.She is as wrong as Liz and David.And yet nothing is getting done about it! Lou56

I would have to say I agree with all the views posted here. The only one I do not agree with is David Carroll being remorsefule (not even a little seemed to me. He did not seem remorseful. He was only worried about his own skin and that of his son. HIS SON is still alive at least.....I certainly hope what they say is true about child killers and molesters in prison....and I hope David lives with it a LONG TIME! 3 adults in one place and not one of them could help a little child. What is the worl coming to? so sad.

The public is NOT happy with how this case was handled and how Amy Baker walked. From county to county and state to state crime spree and she walks free. This is a wake up call to all you VOTERS. Maysville Ky, if Amy slides on these crimes WE the VOTERS will not stand behind YOU the elected offials. For Goodness sakes the baby's blood crys out for justice, God rest his soul. 3 people have blood on their hands
