Scott Peterson is sooooo guilty. He lies about what he will be doing on the day he killed Lacy and Connor and he can't give an honest answer to Lacy's family about the whereabouts of Lacy and Connor. I am glad to see they filed that suit against him. Also, I personally don't understand how his family can stand behind him.

How can anyone sit there and say "Innocent until proven guilty". You must be a sick individual to think this way. From the beginning, Scott has always been guilty. Staring by having mental affairs w/woman, claiming he lost his wife...need I go on!

so I here today that Modesto is begging the State for money. Perhaps Modesto should have tought about how money it would cost before they brought bogus charges against Scott Peterson. Either way I as a taxpayer of the State do not want my tax money used to fund this little charade.

I'm Torn. First and foremost, my regards and prayers go to Laci and her family. However, please do not attack me by saying I have sympathy for Scott. I try to see the best in poeple, or at least try to understand them. I feel so badly for Scott because he obviously has a serious mental issue with himself. I do not know if I believe he killed Laci, but even if he did, I still send my prayers to him and these prayers are for him to understand his meaning in life and to understand what he did and ask God for forgivness. I usualy have an instinct about everything, and something in my instinct feels sorry for Scott and I think he is just lost in horrible world and let evil get the best of him. PLEASE do not think that I dont feel horrible about what happend to Laci and Conner. They did not deserve to die. It's so unfortunate and it sickens me to think about what her family must be dealing with. I just know that it is hard for BOTH families involved. I just hope that everyone involved in the case will eventually have a sense of contentment and serenity, and again my regards and prayers go to both families.

What I saw of the trial was that Scott didn't seemed emotional even when the jury gave hime the death penality. Like the jury I was looking for him to at least look sad or something, especially now that it is so close to the day Lacy disappeared. Like one of the jurors said he just wasn't getting it. I guess we will never really know what he is thinking. It is so sad that he just couldn't got a divorce, his wife and baby didn't need to die in such a horrible death.

I will never read this board or any others for that matter. I lose all faith in America when I look at these things. There are so many people who can't spell or use proper grammer but they believe that they are the ones who have the evidence that Scott is innocent. A jury who heard and saw ALL the evidence, Laci's family, and friends of both Scott and Laci's believe he is guilty. However, there are still so many out there who think they have the key that will blow the case wide open and prove Scott innocent. There was plenty of evidence that pointed to no one but Scott and it was not all circumstantial. Put down the National Enquirer people and try reading a newspaper and you might know that. There was no satanic cult, no murder plotting Amber Frye. Scott was just a selfish, spoiled man who wanted the easy way out of the responsibilities of marriage and pending fatherhood. Unfortunately he viewed murder as an option. Anyone who thinks he is innocent has been watching too many daytime soaps and not enough news reports. I'm sorry to be mean but I am so over the stupidity I have read on this board. It makes me sad that there is so much ignorance out there.
