I'm all for the celebration of such a milestone. However I've got a family sitting outside waiting for this great "illumination" event....do we not collectively own a watch? It's so Land of Manana right now....half hour late and it looks like the only illumination is coming from the corner street light. Wow....I'm nearly impressed.
Living the the greatest place on earth...let's keep it that way! Gnu

Picked up a free deck of Albuquerque Tricentennial Trivia Cards at the Wyoming Library.
These cards are a disgrace. Wrong tense, wrong questions, wrong and/or incomplete answers. How much did the city of ABQ pay for these?

For the next 300, I wish for softer water that's not so harsh and drying on the skin. I wish for a pedestrian-friendly city, I also wish lawns were utilized to beautify and enhance a neighborhood rather than used as driveways; and finally, that Albuquerque remain a horizontal city vs. a vertical one that would obstruct the view of the sky.

The city of Albuquerque is beautiful, and getting better all the time. I hope for another wonderful 300!! I only hope the drivers get better and more patient as well. Stop running the red lights!!!!!

I wish for wealth so I can give my family everything they want and deserve. I wish to make it in showbiz and I wish to get something published. i wish to lose 40 more pounds and start having more fun in life. I wish to have a lot of time left with my loved ones and I wish to win powerball, or someone I love to win and a seat in the WSOP!!
